I'm am ready to start my new projector with a HAMI, now i'm testing the best system to cool the box (i have mounted a prototype). It will be a Projector vertical but inverted, like the "LORBOX projector" (see allnbox gallery). I will use my projector only in a Dark room, i have been looking all the 8" projector on this forum, and i have a doubt... what is better? with or without condensor? (i have seen projector without condensor that looks awesome..VP..NOZBOX) what do you think? what is better?

8" is good to make a small projector (800x600 or 1024x768)
For me, I use condensor, my results are better. But it's not an obligation
You can start without it and try later with a condensor

OK... AND WHAT do you think allinsinde? better split or unsplit fresnel? (no keystorning correction needed)

My fresnel isn't splited
You can try first unsplited and if you don t like the result, try split.

MMM...1cm of distance between fresnel (unsplited) and tft will be ok?

1 cm to 2 cm is the best way to go
Just like allinside said, make your box "big" enought to have the ability to try (and use) all the ways you want to  try (split, unsplit...condensor, without... and so on...)
